The RED DIET is a diet that has been good to me personally. If you need to drop a few pounds quick this is the program……If you have more to lose then my favorite method would be good. …..I go on the diet Monday thru Friday … and take week-ends off. It Works !!

Things You’ll Need and I need :

* Red Apples
* Red Cabbage
* Red Onions
* Tomatoes
* Ruby Red Grapefruit
* Coffee or Tea (no cream or sugar)
* Peanut Butter

Step 1
Go to the grocery and purchase your supplies. There may be more items you can have …. the rule is: it must be red, and it must be a fruit or vegetable.

Step2
Pre cut,slice,peel or whatever you must do to prepare your food. Then place each prepared item in zip lock bags for quick meal assembly later.

Step3
Write out your menu for each day. Start your Diet !
You may prepare these items anyway you please ….. the peanut butter makes the apple a great and satisfying meal. Just be creative …. and remember to walk each day.
